Organic Dried Figs –


For our family, the cultivation of the fig tree is a tradition for the last 35 years. Sometime in 2000, we decided to turn our production to organic.
This means no use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides, no use of sulfur to make our figs white and of course no use of chemical fumigants to kill insects.
All these are under the E.U regulation 834/2007 and tested and certified by the inspection and certification body DIO (
Also certified is our vacuum package which ensures our product’s sustainability for one year at least.
It was a difficult decision as the demand for organic products was too low. But time seems to justify this choice and now we can say that we have gained a good position in the minds of consumers who trust us. All these years, gaining new experiences we strive to maintain our quality and improve our errors or omissions.
